Poor management, disgusting fountain drink, unexsperienced employees, lack of beer menus throughout the bar, fails to follow the city laws with noice ordnance, and I wouldn’t waste your time trying to apply here.

Cold Creek produces great malty fresh beer. Expect the beer to be yeasty, since they are pumping out fresh beer as fast as they can. Visitors should take note: Cold Creek is now serving from a tavern down the road from their production facility. The production facility is being expanded into what used to be the tasting room. Nordic Moon Meadery is opening a mead tasting room across from Cold Creek's production facility, to open in June 2018, can't wait!

This used to be my favorite brewery in the state, until they no longer allow drinking at the brewery (who does that???). They now strongarm you to going to their restaurant/ bar down the road to drink their latest beers. Also need to bring back some sours and hop off the offering nothing but IPA train.

An Outstanding Pub and Resturaunt. Their new location, which now serves food, as well as excellent beer, is spacious, bright and cheerful. Their menu is imaginative. The sandwich that I wolfed down (cheeseburger sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches) was incredible. The beer speaks for itself. It’s all good.

Cold creek is about a 3 minute drive from my home. I love the atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly. Great place to bring of-age friends and/or refill a dusty growler in need of some exceptional beer. The view from the back of the brewery looking towards Ellington airport and beyond is just the perfect place to relax on a weekend while watching skydivers through the open view. I highly recommend this brewery. My one qualm is sometimes a smaller selection of beers is available (sometimes only 4) which would deduct from my rating had the positives not outweighed the negative by so much.
